High-Speed 3-Layer Blades Grinder

Power & Capacity
Boasting a power of 2400W, this grinder can process up to 700g of material at once. With a high speed of 28,000 rpm, grinding is quick and efficient, producing a fine grind between 70-300 mesh. Note that extremely hard materials may take 2-3 minutes to grind, while normal grains can be processed in just 30 seconds. For optimal performance, let the grinder rest for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of use. Do not overgrind.

Material Distribution
Place the material to be ground evenly, ensuring it covers the long blade in the middle. The material should not exceed 2/3 of the tank, with 1/2 being ideal. For tough materials like Chinese herbs or root vegetables, cut them into smaller pieces before grinding.

Versatile for Various Dried Materials

Scope of Use
This versatile grinder is designed for a wide range of dried materials, including grains (soy, corn, barley, rice, wheat, oats, rye, peas, mung beans, coffee beans), spices (star anise, fennel, pepper, cinnamon, rosemary), and herbs (ginseng, astragalus, medlar gelatin, gastrodia, Shijie, Ganoderma lucidum). To grind tough items like panax notoginseng or Chinese herbal medicines, slice them into small pieces first.

Overload Protector

Automatic Safety Feature
An overload protector automatically stops the grinder in case of an overloaded or overheat situation. This is easily resolved by replacing the carbon brushes on both sides of the grinder and pressing the overload protector again. Following these steps will ensure your grinder functions properly.

Operating Precautions
1. Ensure the lid is fully buckled before turning on the grinder. Follow the steps in the manual, video, or image 5 for proper lid closure. 2. Ensure the materials are dry before grinding. 3. Rest the machine for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of operation.
