Enhanced Safety and Security

The Upgraded Safety Protection Lid ensures your safety. When the lid is opened, the grain grinder automatically stops. This is achieved through two induction switches on both sides, which ensure the grinder runs only when the lid is fully closed. If the machine doesn’t start, check and adjust the lid according to the steps in image 5.

Advanced Overload Protection

The Overload Protector provides another layer of safety. If the machine gets overloaded or overheated, it automatically shuts down. Solving this issue involves replacing the carbon brushes on both sides and then pressing the overload protector again. This can restore normal operation.

High Power and Speed

With a 700g capacity, 2400W power, and a 28,000 r/min speed, this grain grinder is both powerful and fast. The maximum working time is no more than 3 minutes. For best results, ensure the material ground is not more than 2/3 of the tank, with the long blade fully visible. The high-speed grinding process generates heat, which is normal for the machine to be slightly warm.

• Ensure the Lid is Fully Closed: Follow the steps in the manual, video, or image 5 to open and close the lid.
• Prepare Dry Material: The materials you grinds must be dry enough.
• Cool Down Period: Rest the machine for 5-10 minutes after every 3-minute operation to prevent overheating.
